Painting “Signature Class”
Learning to work with color will enhance your life and brighten your world. We paint on giant canvases in such a way that laughter fills the studio. As young artists become apprentices of the masters a great nostalgia intrigues us all. Skills are taught through acrylics, watercolor, and oil sticks. Advanced artists are encouraged to express their own styles and concepts and dive deeper into color theory. Compositions must be approved by instructor.

The ‘subtractive method’ will be explored using oil base clay and stone carving. The ‘additive method’ will be taught using “tape~a~ma~papa meche” (paper meche) and wire forms. Advanced artists may construct architectural structures, mobiles and multimedia assignments as well. We will fill the room with animals and people that come from your own imagination, and you can see it ‘all the way around’...!
